Postal Service A-OK
From Ellyn Coley
Cave Junction
Just want to drop a note in defense of the U.S. Postal Service.
I have lived in rural Cave Junction since 1972. In all that time I“ve got my mail in a RFD mail box, with more that one postman (mostly women), and none of them has ever been less than courteous and helpful.
I have never lost a piece of mail, and have had a few delivered with rather odd addresses, such as “Nana, 714 ““, and even the “Queen Bee at Holland.“
All this tells me that not only are the people of the Cave Junction Post Office efficient, they have imagination and a sense of humor.
They have my vote.
We want to hear from you!
