Moving Up “

Lorna Byrne Middle School eighth-grade graduates were honored on Monday night, June 7 with a “Moving Up“ ceremony on the back lawn of the school. Principal Damien Crowson announced that Amanda Brooks and Brandon Orndoff had been chosen to receive the Principal“s Award for the year. Rotary Student of the Year was Lander Nordal. Numerous students were recognized for their academic achievements and other efforts throughout the school year. The well-attended event featured an address from former LBMS principal and Three Rivers School District Director of Elementary Education, Peter Maluk and performances by the LBMS Choir and Band. A celebratory dance followed in the gymnasium.
