Friday, Oct. 16
- On Watkins Street a woman was warned about selling items from her vehicle on a roadway.
- A driver complained that in front of the Cave Junction Post Office another driver, while parking illegally along the yellow curb, backed into her car. The other driver essentially shrugged the matter off, the caller said, by stating that she’d “only be there for a few minutes,” and besides, there was no damage.
- On N. Redwood Hwy. at Hanby Lane, Ryan P. Harris, 35, was cited on a charge of speeding (57 mph in a 45 mph zone).
- Bryan R. Gove, 38, was cited on a charge of speeding (64 mph in a 45 mph zone) on Redwood Hwy. at Ken Rose Lane at 5:27 p.m.
- Yelling and gunshots were heard from a Pinecone Drive residence where a disturbance was reported at 5:41 p.m. One man suffered a wound to his forehead, but refused medical attention. The gun was fired to break up a fight, it was noted.
- Tayna Lynn Henry Norris, 48, was cited on a charge of speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone) on S. Redwood Hwy. at 7:19 p.m.
- At milepost 32 on Redwood Hwy., David P. Hallowell, 61, was cited on a charge of speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone).
- William Francis Burfield, 41, was cited on a charge of driving while suspended (DWS) and speeding on Redwood Hwy. at Rockydale Road at 7:42 p.m.
- Drivers Craig Paz, 42; and Thomas Carl Rector, 58, were cited on charges of speeding in the 31000 block of Redwood Hwy.
- Jeffrey Becker, 27, was cited on a charge of speeding (55 mph in a 45 mph zone) on Redwood Hwy. at Rockydale Road at 8:51 p.m.
- Two people were warned against trespassing in the 200 block of S. Redwood Hwy. Another man was warned for camping in city limits on W. Watkins Street.
- Two people with bloody faces fled from a motor vehicle accident in the 3000 block of Takilma Road at 11:03 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 17
- James Charles Warner, 18, was contacted on Holland Loop at 12:23 a.m. He was cited on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol. It was noted that Warner had injuries on his face and forearm, and a large amount of blood on his pants.
- Jedadian Jennings Wissler, 32, was cited on Rockydale Road on a charge of speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).
- A Laurel Road resident said that a transient person on her property was yelling and threatening her. Subsequently Jeremy Justin Beck, 30, was cited on charges of failure to appear (FTA) on original charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree burglary. His BAC was noted to be .26, and he was lodged at Josephine County Jail.
- People in a loud little pickup truck were said trespassing on Deer Creek Road at 8:30 p.m.
- In the 27000 block of Redwood Hwy., Joseph Allen Krull, 38, was cited on a charge of speeding (57 mph in a 45 mph zone).
- Kevin Eugen Modrich, 50, was cited on a charge of DWS on N. Kerby Avenue.
- Donald Michael Gish, 42, was cited on a charge of speeding (56 mph in a 40 mph zone).

Sunday, Oct. 18
- Theft of a Toyota Corolla from an O’Brien Street residence was reported at 8:05 a.m.
- J.R. Foster, 50, was cited on a charge of fourth-degree assault following a disturbance on S. Old Stage Road.

Monday, Oct. 19
- An Illinois Valley High School student reportedly came to class intoxicated. He was sent home.

Tuesday, Oct. 20
- Theft of approximately $3,900 worth of items from a S. Old Stage Road home was reported.
- Following a disturbance on W. Watkins Street, Jeremy Justin Beck, 30, was lodged in Josephine County Jail on a charge of probation violation.
