Thursday, April 23
- From the 28000 block of Redwood Hwy. a woman was transported to Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass following a report of a “large cat bite.”
- Luey Magic Ocean Glenn, 20, was lodged in Josephine County Jail on a probation violation detainer.
- In O’Brien a woman complained that her sister was stalking her; had gone through her belongings and physically attacked her.
- In the 23000 block of Redwood Hwy. a man stated that a family member with a history of drug use and violence entered his residence uninvited.
- An easement dispute resulted in a heated disturbance on Thompson Creek Road at 7:01 p.m.
- Dallas Dean Hamilton Sr., 52, was lodged in county jail on a probation violation charge after relatives on W. Palmer Street complained that Hamilton allegedly stole money from them.
- Following a traffic stop and foot pursuit on Redwood Hwy. south of Lakeshore Drive at 8:01 p.m., John Michael Cavanagh, 21, was cited on charges of DUII, driving with a suspended license (DWS), careless driving, misdemeanor eluding and failure to leave name at the scene of an accident (FLNSA) with property damage.
- On Upper Deer Creek Road a caller said that a neighbor was taunting them by yelling, “Come on down here so I can shoot you in the ass.” It was noted that this was a continuing problem.
- Amber Dawn Dutton, 31, was cited on a charge of speeding (70 in a 55 mph zone) in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. at 10:27 p.m.

Friday, April 24
- An Old Stage Road resident reported a prowler outside her home at 1:38 a.m.
- A mother and daughter had engaged in a physical altercation on N. Junction Avenue at 10:5 a.m. They were advised to separate until they cooled down.
- Amber Dawn Dutton, 31, was cited on W. Watkins Street on a charge of failure to obey a traffic control device (FTOTCD).
- Located in Downtown Cave Junction, Crystal Dawn Costa, 34, was lodged in county jail on a warrant charging failure to appear (FTA) on an original charge of fourth-degree assault. Costa also was cited on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (PCS)/less than an ounce of marijuana.
- Christopher J. Kerner, 32, was cited on a charge of speeding (71 in a 45 mph zone) on Redwood Hwy. near Glendon Road at 7:55 p.m.
- A caller reported that several people were drinking at a Hanby Lane residence, then driving around the neighborhood with open containers. When contacted, the resident stated that the person described had left prior to a deputy’s arrival.
- Detained on E. Lister Street at 10:29 p.m., Andre Barton Cotton, 33, was cited on a charge of speeding (44 in a 25 mph zone).

Saturday, April 25
- In Selma a man stated that he’d been forced to leave the place at which he’d been living, and that the people “took everything he has.”
- In the 6000 block of Westside Road a woman stated that two men in a silver-colored SUV fired a gun at her and her boyfriend.
- A caller on S. Kerby Avenue complained of ATV operators on property nearby.
- Theft of a Kubota loader with backhoe from the 30000 block of Redwood Hwy. was reported.
- At 5:33 p.m. Jade Charleton Yandell, 19, was cited on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol after a deputy responded to Jubilee Park on a report of young people fighting. He was provided a ride to a friend’s house.
- At milepost 17 on Redwood Hwy., Stacie Lynn Davis, 21, was cited on a charge of failure to carry current proof of insurance.
- In the 27000 block of Redwood Hwy. a caller complained that a woman living at a nearby transient camp threw a rock through one of her windows.
- Richard D. Froemke, 22, was cited on a charge of DWS at Illinois River Forks State Park at 6:52 p.m.
- William A. Harvey, 37, was cited on charges of DUII, DWS and driving uninsured on Redwood Hwy. at Laurel Road at 8:45 p.m.
- A driver coming through Cave Junction reported at 11:39 p.m. that someone threw eggs at his vehicle in the 200 block of N. Redwood Hwy.

Sunday, April 26
- Dogs escaped from enclosures on Caves Hwy. and set off a security alarm at 1:37 a.m.
- Theft of a rifle and a wedding band set from a residence in the 3000 block of Caves Hwy. was reported.
- A man wearing a cowboy hat and driving a small green MG reportedly crashed through several gates in the 5000 block of Westside Road. A gate leading to BLM property was found broken and unclosable.
- There was a complaint that three young people assaulted another person at Six Mile Campground the night before.
- A small, green vehicle was reported to have collided with a tree in the 4000 block of Westside Road at 4:27 p.m. Those on scene said that the driver had been unconscious, and when awakened was incoherent. Emergency personnel were unable to locate the wreck.
- A woman stated that her horse, pastured in the 5000 block of Takilma Road, had been shot by an unknown person this morning.
- Gunshots were reported coming from a residence on Waldo Road at 11:15 p.m.

Monday, April 27
- Following a motor vehicle accident on Redwood Hwy. in Downtown CJ, which damaged the Century 21 Harris & Taylor office, the driver of one of the vehicles fled. The owner of said vehicle stated that she had allowed a man to take the vehicle for a test drive.
- Employee error was said responsible for an alarm activated at Evergreen Federal Bank at 5:14 p.m.
- A caller stated that a woman was lying on the roadway in the 27000 block of Redwood Hwy.
- Another caller reported that a woman wearing black pants and a green sweatshirt was walking into traffic on Redwood Hwy. at Pinewood Way. The caller stated that the woman also pounded on the windows of a passing vehicle. She last was seen crouching on all fours at the side of the road.
- Friends were refusing to return her dog, according to a woman.

Tuesday, April 28
- Some sort of domestic dispute in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. was logged at 11:51 a.m.
- On W. River Street a man reported that, for the second time this month, his cholesterol medication has gone missing.
- An uncooperative caller, who sounded “intoxicated” to the call-taker, claimed that someone driving a red Cadillac was attempting to run over her on W. Watkins Street. She also said that this person has a “contract” out on her.
- A woman reported that another woman on W. Watkins Street pounded on her car with her fists and yelled at her. The incident was logged for information.
- On Cowboy Way a resident expressed his frustration with being shot at by a neighbor every time he leaves or returns to his property.
- A disturbance involving “yelling, maniacal driving and throwing of folding chairs” was reported at a residence on Hanby Lane at 11:01 p.m.
