Ice cream give-away to commemorate couple

A sweet treat in commemoration of the life of Ray & June Nidiffer is offered in the form of free vanilla ice cream cones on Friday, April 3 from noon to 5 p.m.
All 59 C&K Market stores, which include Shop Smart Food Warehouse, Ray’s Food Place, and Price Less Foods, will honor the couple with free cones. All customers, friends and community members are invited to enjoy one of Ray and June’s favorite foods – vanilla ice cream.
Additionally, friends of the Nidiffers can submit written condolences at www.nidiffermemorial.com. Donations in their honor can be sent to the Ray’s Charitable Foundation, 615 Fifth St., Brookings OR 97415. (See obituary).
