BBall season at end for I.V. girls

The Cougar girls lost two games to the Knights Feb. 24 in Merlin 43-20 and 43-28.
Kayla Johnson had a team high in the first contest and Miranda Cleman had game-high 13 points in the second game. The first was the season finale and the second was a Skyline playoff eliminator.
“If we could have just put four quarters together we would have broken the goose egg,” remarked Cougar assistant coach Matt Knight. “With how hard these girls worked they really deserved it.”
The Lady Cougars finished the season 0-20 overall and 0-12 in conference play.
