Public Notice: Timber-Talk Meeting set for Wednesday

A Town Hall meeting to discuss Forest Practices on Public Land will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, according to information received Friday, Nov. 14.
The gathering in Grants Pass at Anne Basker Auditorium, next to the county courthouse, will begin at 6 p.m. The mediator will be Keith Heck, director of the Gospel Rescue Mission in Grants Pass. There will be a six-person panel representing “different sides of the issue,” said the county board of commissioners’ office.
The panel will answer written questions from the audience.
