Spiral Living Center held a free bicycle clinic on Thursday, Aug. 21 at the Frog Farm on Takilma Road. Besides bike repairs and suggestions, the event included a workshop on making inexpensive bucket panniers. Part of the intent of the clinic was to encourage increased bicycle use in Illinois Valley.
