VACUOUS VANDALS - Laurel Cemetery, of all places, has been plagued by those types who have no regard for others and no respect for themselves. The main water valve was damaged recently by thugs who took the brass valve. They also destroyed part of the water line. Additionally, every time the Laurel Cemetery Association has fixed its shed, the punks kick in the door and take whatever they want.
