October’s Art Walk will celebrate harvest time, and the changing fall colors.
Alan Laurie’s graphic art retrospective of six years in Illinois Valley will be a featured presentation, as will watercolors by Donna Wright. There also will be eclectic multimedia work by Bruce Stone, and copper red amphora vessels by Terry Masters.
Other visual delights will include Kris Schumacher’s pine needle baskets; Reni Schaeffer’s jewelry and mixed media wall art; and “mailing pictures” by painter Helen Pesterfield.
Additionally, Schaeffer will demonstrate polymer bead-making, and Helen Pesterfield will offer style presentation for making mailing pictures.
