‘Ray’ Wolf

Cave Junction resident Raymond D. “Ray” Wolf, 80, lost his battle with congestive heart failure on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md.

He was born on Dec. 17, 1926 in Truman, Minn., and lived there until the mid-1970s. He moved to Cave Junction, and began his gold mining career.

His wife, Barbara, is planning an informal celebration of his life. The date will be announced.
