Art, music, food, fun on menu for Friday, July 13 Art Walk
Art Walk returns.
Second Friday Art Walk in Illinois Valley’s Cave Junction sparkles with summer excitement.
Sponsors say that a dynamic evening of art, music, food and fun is available from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 13.
Fourteen businesses in Downtown Cave Junction will feature the work of prominent visual artists.
Additionally, music lovers can enjoy free listening at five locations. Performers will include folk rock duets by T’kara and Alvine, Dave Angus on keyboard with Jazz blues,
Wally Aiken and Charlie Greenwood, vocalist Donna Crocker Degale, and the Illinois Valley String Band.
Refreshments will be served. And for epicureans, Taylor’s Country Store, Bagel Junction, and Nacho
Mama’s Cantina will offer full-course dinners “at reasonable prices.”
Art Walk is sponsored by the Illinois River Valley Arts Council and supported by valley merchants along with Evergreen Federal Bank and Southern Oregon Guild.
